Whales evolved in India

 We have 'known' it to be true for hundreds of years and now we finally have a small piece of evidence! Does this sound like a scientific statement? Since whales have lungs like land animals there has been a group of people that insist they used to be land creatures that have lost their legs. This study starts like many others, where they get a bunch of money to go find bones that look like they fit between the two things they think are related. What they come back with is a few bones that have similar features but are still totally different.

"This animal which was the size of a fox looked something like a tiny deer and we have identified a number of key similarities between this animal and whales between skull and ear and these similarities suggest a close family relationship." A close family relationship!?!? It is a whale and a deer! I would think that any similar shape in skull and ears could possibly be disregarded because one is the size of a dog and the other the size of a semi. My son has a radio controlled car that looks very much like a monster truck. If I was given some money for research and found them buried on opposite sides of the planet could I publish a scientific paper saying that the monster truck evolved from the RC car?

The Bible says that animals will bring forth "after their kind". This means that it is possible for several types of whales to have a common ancestors and several types of deer to have a common ancestors, but it is still impossible for deer and whales to have a common ancestor.

1. Whales exist.
2. Found fossils of small deer.
3. Publish or perish.
3. No fossil is proof of evolution.
