Evolution of New Brain Area

Romans 1
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
The human brain contains roughly, 1 trillion neuroglia, 100 billion neurons, linked with up to 10,000 synaptic connections each. The brain is hardwired directly to every square millimeter of your body. The complexity of the human brain is probably the second best proof that there is a Creator who is far superior in intelligence than ourselves (for the best example see below). Yet there are people out there that try to explain mans ability of fine hand movement and motor controls as unguided adaptations that occurred over millions of years.
A study of the brains cerebral cortex has revealed there are parts of human brains that have similar functions and structures as those in cats, rats, and some monkeys. However, humans and great apes have an additional area of the motor cortex containing a special set of cortico-motoneuronal (CM) cells. These cells are what communicate with the fingers and hands and allow fine motor control.
It was noted that "direct connection from the cortex to motor neurons is not present at birth, but develops during the first few months of life and becomes fully mature around two years of age." This explains why infants do not have good motor skills. The professor of neurobiology then had the audacity to say, "What we’ve shown is that along with evolution of direct control over motor neurons, a new cortical area has evolved that’s right next to the old one".
EVOLVED right next to the old one? Could you please show me the empirical, observational, evidence that made you conclude that creatures lacking these CM cells were magically able to evolve them and gain abilities like humans? No. That's because there was no empirical observations made. One creature having these complex cells and another lacking them does not prove one evolved them some day.
Scientists make new discoveries, do more research, and learn what they originally thought was wrong. Every year there are new science books written full of corrections because last years book is now terribly out of date. So what is the best proof that God created you? Is it the brain that can process billions of operations a second? Is it the eye that processes millions of pixels with every blink? Is it the ear that could hear every note on a 10,000 key piano? No. The best evidence that God created you is his Word, for his Word never changes.
John 1
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
